Any disputes and claims that arise in respect of your use or access to our website shall be submitted for mediation between the respective executives of the RMI and yourself, wherein we shall endeavor to find consensus within at least 2 (two) business days, or any other reasonable period agreed in writing between the Parties, failing which the Parties shall (to the extent permitted by law) refer the matter for arbitration. - Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms of Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa (Free State Division, Bloemfontein). - Severability
If any provisions of these Terms of Service are or become invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder shall survive unaffected. - Indulgences
